1. Overview
At Energpurgean, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VitaBalance Pro. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with EU and Austrian law, in particular the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG – Austrian law on distance and off-premises contracts), and the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG – Austrian Consumer Protection Act).
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
2.1 Your Right
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU law.
2.2 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.3 How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. You may:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Model Withdrawal Form (FAGG)
Pursuant to FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz), you may use the following model withdrawal form to notify us of your withdrawal. You may also use any other clear statement of withdrawal:

4. Effects of Withdrawal
4.1 Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
4.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
4.3 Refund Method
We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Return Conditions
5.1 Product Condition
Products must be returned in the following condition to receive a full refund:
- Unopened products: Full refund of product price
- Opened products: May be subject to value reduction if the handling went beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
5.2 Packaging
Please return products in their original packaging when possible. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
5.3 Return Shipping Costs
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We estimate the maximum cost of returning standard-sized packages within Austria to be approximately €5-10.
6. How to Return Your Order

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping address
- Pack Securely: Pack the product safely, preferably in original packaging
- Ship: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
- Keep Proof: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (this may apply to opened supplement bottles depending on circumstances)
- Goods that are personally customized or made to your specifications
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
8. Damaged or Defective Products
8.1 Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
8.2 Product Defects
Under Austrian and EU law, you have statutory warranty rights if the product is defective. For defective products, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- A price reduction if repair/replacement is not possible
- Termination of the contract in cases of significant defects
The warranty period is 2 years from delivery for consumers.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
